Principal’s Report
As the term ends it is great to reflect on all the wonderful learning and experiences our students have participated in. A big thank you to all staff at Rosetta for their efforts to ensure that Rosetta Primary is a welcoming, caring, and positive place to be.
Literacy and Numeracy teaching has been focused and intensive and improvements and successes are constantly being made by students. We are determinedly encouraging resilience and perseverance in all students when approaching aspects of learning but also to build personal growth. Students are encouraged to respond in positive ways to their challenges and to think about what really matters for their learning and wellbeing. This also includes regular attendance at school. Making good choices and thinking through their decisions is persistently being developed across the school.
Our Wellbeing team focus on programs to support leaning and respond to student needs. Being safe and happy continue as areas we promote. This ensures students know how to seek out and respond appropriately when they need to be calm and provide thoughtful, respectful, and caring responses.
We wish everyone a great holiday break and look forward to seeing everyone returning to school on Monday 29 April ready for Term 2.
Remember – every school day matters!
Nola Lenthall
Acting Principal

E Team
Our garden beds are ready for some new plantings and now the weather has cooled down, we will be voting on which plants we want to grow.
Have a wonderful holiday break and stay safe.
Our fun fact this week is…
Looking for some ways to keep busy over the holidays?
- Keep children engaged in real-time learning by doing real-time interactive activities.
- Keep them active.
- Keep them full.
- Keep things short and simple.
- Keep them coming back for more. 😊

Children’s University
It is not too late to return your 2024 enrolment form (ALL participating students need to do this)
or to hand in your passport for stamping.
Parents should have received a copy of the Holiday Activity Booklet and opportunities via email. If you have not received this, please let me know asap and I can re email or provide a paper copy.
With holidays coming up, it is the perfect opportunity to get busy and add some learning hours to your passport.

Today we were lucky enough to have the team from Questacon National Science and Technology Centre in Canberra, visit us at Rosetta Primary to share their show.
This FREE show is offered in conjunction with the Australian National University and aims to excite and engage students through science, technology and innovation to prepare them for life in the twenty first century.
Students from Prep to Grade 6 were involved in 3 different presentations.
We would like to thank them for giving us this opportunity.
